Gelatina all Aceto Balsamico

This balsamic jelly from La Vecchia Dispensa makes for a wonderful morning spread on warm breads or muffins. A perfect compliment to many earthy and complex aged cheeses such as parmigiano reggiano, aged pecorinos, manchego as well as many other cheeses. The balsamic based jelly can also be used as a terrific sweet marinade for meats, poultry and fish. Simply spread on your dish 5 minutes before cooking is complete.
