Return Policy

YOUR SATISFACTION IS OUR GOAL!

At Allyson's Kitchen, our goal is to provide our customers with the highest level of service and the finest products available in order to achieve their complete satisfaction.

Within 30 days of purchasing any product in our store or on our website, you may return it for a full refund. To return a product, please contact us either through e-mail or by phone to let us know that you will be returning an item, let us know what the item it is, when you purchased it, and whether you purchased the item in our store, from our catalog, or on-line. Please also indicate how you paid for that item.

For returns purchased using a credit card, we will issue a refund to the card used to purchase the item. For those items paid for with cash, we will issue a company check for the amount paid for the item. If an item was paid for using a check, please know that we cannot issue a refund until we have determined that the check has actually cashed. This process may take up to two weeks.

To return an item, we request that you provide us with your receipt. If no receipt is available, we may, at our discretion, provide store credit instead of a refund.

If you should return a product after 30 days, we will honor the manufacturers warranty only, and will replace defective or unsatisfactory product providing we have it in stock, and that is the policy maintained by the manufacturer.

In the event that we do not have the item in stock or no longer carry that product, we will make every effort to obtain a replacement as quickly as possible. If you do not seek a replacement, we will provide store credit of equal value, providing this complies with the policy of the manufacturer. Again, we do request only that you provide us with your receipt.
